Our designer jewelry is unique and each piece is different. Our jewelry is made of brass and/or copper.  Some of the most commonly used stones in our jewelry are cubic zirconia, cultured pearls, lab-made rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires, amethyst, and garnet.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unworn jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip or invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care at dwarakadreams22@gmail.com with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

All orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days for in-stock products. Delivery times depend on the location and speed of service selected at the time of checkout. We will notify you via email about when the order is expected to be shipped.

• Avoid Exposure: Keep away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to maintain the rose gold plating and prevent tarnishing

• Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch to avoid scratches and damage.
